Question 1

How fast can Retkee Tech Services kick off a project?

Accepted Answer

Once we finalize the initial project discovery and agree on specifications, our dedicated development team can onboard and begin the first sprint within 48 to 72 hours.

Question 2

Who owns the intellectual property (IP) and source code?

Accepted Answer

You do. 100% of the source code, design assets, algorithms, documentation, and intellectual property rights are transferred to you under our binding commercial contract upon project milestone completion.

Question 3

Can you build custom AI models for our internal proprietary company data?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We specialize in developing secure, private Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tuned LLMs running inside your own private VPC (AWS/Azure/GCP) or on-prem servers. Your data is never used to train public models.

Question 4

What are your engagement models?

Accepted Answer

We provide three flexible engagement models: (1) Fixed-Price Milestone Projects (ideal for well-defined MVPs and deliverables), (2) Dedicated Engineering Team (monthly retainers with full-time developers and PM), and (3) Time & Material (hourly rates for agile evolving requirements).

Question 5

Do you provide post-launch maintenance and support?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our projects include a 90-day comprehensive post-launch warranty for bug fixes. We also offer ongoing 24/7 SLA maintenance tiers covering security patches, cloud cost optimization, server monitoring, and feature iterations.
